Welcome to Dance Horizons!
Dance Horizons is a student-run dance club at the University of British Columbia. We offer you dance classes in ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, breakdancing, tap and cardio funk. At the end of the school year, we always put on a great show to let all of you show off your skills to family and friends.

- On behalf of all Dance Horizons' Execs, we would like to thank everyone for such a successful year! The year end show was a huge success and if you're interested in a copy of the DVD, please email us. We will also be selling the DVD at the beginning of the next school year!

- Beginner Ballet classes with Lauren on Thursdays have been cancelled from now to the end of this school year due to low class turn out.
- Year end dance show:
- if you wish to perform a 1-2 minute solo during the year end show, please email us to arrange for the possibility; however, due to time considerations, not all who wish to perform solo/duos will be able to
- we are taking suggestions for our year end show name: be creative and email us!

- Sorry for the short notice but due to the email threat at UBC, Jennifer (Adv. Jazz/Ballet) has decided to cancel her classes for today. However, beginner jazz will still continue today.

- Mark your calendars! The date for the year end show has been set.
- Year end show will be held on Monday, March 31. Doors open at 7:30pm at the Norm Theatre in the Sub.
- The dress rehearsal (which is mandatory) will be held on Saturday March 29 between 9 to 5. You will only need to attend the time slot that your dance will be held at. Further information to come!
- Also note that a commitment form will be circulating next week so if you wish to perform at our year end show, please sign up!

- New classes! Thanks to the dancers who came out to our teacher auditions. Due to popular demand, we're offering two new classes with two new teachers.
- On Thursday, we will be having a new Hip Hop Class from 12:30-1:30pm with Bernard as well as a new St. Jazz Class from 1:30-2:30pm with Alycia!
